Featuring real-time variable control and dual-level adjustment, designed to improve spraying flexibility and efficiency for different workpieces and coating conditions.
2. Rotary Powder Coating Nozzle
Designed to improve coating performance in recessed areas, corners, and other hard-to-reach surfaces through airless centrifugal atomization. It offers easy installation and can be adapted to a wide range of spray gun models.
3. Solution for Uneven Powder Coating Film Thickness
Helps improve coating uniformity and supports better coverage on substrates, including recessed areas, grooves, and difficult corners.
We have developed an electrostatic powder coating rotary cup and achieved a technological breakthrough (solving industry pain points such as uneven powder application in corners). The rotary cup is compatible with mainstream powder coating guns worldwide (including niche brands) and has won multiple international technology patents.
Having established a presence in Dongguan's Golden Town, we continue to deeply cultivate advancements in electrostatic spraying technology and product iteration. We also collaborate extensively with international automation giants such as ABB, Yaskawa, and Efort.
Dongguan Paint Brother Spraying Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. officially registered as a company and completed trademark registration, gradually expanding its production scale and technological capabilities.
We initiated research into electrostatic spray gun manufacturing, launching our first product, the IF680 handheld liquid electrostatic spray gun. Subsequently, we introduced products such as the DISC electrostatic rotary disc machine and electrostatic rotary cup spray gun.
We started our entrepreneurial journey in related spraying equipment, accumulating technology and striving to develop influential new products.
